libraries and the State Library.The POWERLibrary allows you to access
thousands of full text periodical articles, newspapers, a major
encyclopedia, plus photographs, pictures, charts, maps, reference
materials for young people and more. You will find materials of interest
in most subject areas for all age groups from young children to adults.

is an online language learning system that
teaches real conversation skills for practical communication. Through
fun and engaging interactive lessons, Mango makes learning a new
language fast, easy and incredibly effective. The system is completely
web-based and remotely accessible, so you can learn anywhere you have an
internet connection. If you create a profile, you will need to enter
your library card number once plus your email address and a password.
Enter your library card number as follows: 2503100 plus the six digits
from your card and then x; ie 2503100123456x with no spaces. After that,
you will only need your email and password to login. For those using
mobile Apple products, there is an app for that in the iTunes store.

PA Digital Repository HSLC/Access PA manages a statewide
digitization service on behalf of the Office of Commonwealth Libraries
using the CONTENTdm software product licensed through OCLC. The service
permits the storage and retrieval of digitized collections created by
libraries and other entities located throughout Pennsylvania. Primary
focus is on collections of interest to the citizens of Pennsylvania.

is a guide to legal information and free civil legal services for
low-income persons and seniors in Pennsylvania. Here you can locate
information on a variety of legal issues, as well as information on how
to contact programs providing legal assistance in Pennsylvania. This
includes basic eligibility and contact information for the programs
proving free legal assistance in Pennsylvania.
